Code Appliance Meaning Severity
E0 Cooktop The cooktop has detected an issue with its incoming power supply. The control board measured a voltage or frequency value outside the acceptable range for safe cooktop operation, triggering this protective shutdown code. High View details → F-CT Cooktop The cooktop has detected a fault with one or more of its surface temperature sensors. The control board is receiving a reading from a cooktop sensor that is out of the expected range or shows no signal at all. High View details → F1 Cooktop The cooktop main control board has detected an internal fault. The board's self-diagnostic routine identified an error in its own logic circuitry or memory, preventing normal control of the heating elements. High View details → F2 Cooktop The cooktop touch control panel has experienced an error in its input processing circuit. The panel has detected an unexpected or sustained touch signal that it cannot associate with a valid user command. Medium View details → F47 Cooktop The cooktop has detected a communication error between the main control board and a secondary module, such as the power bridge board or an individual element control module. Data exchange between these components has failed or produced unexpected results. High View details → LOC Cooktop The control lock feature is currently activated on the cooktop. All touch panel inputs are disabled to prevent unintended or unauthorized activation of the heating elements while the lock is engaged. Low View details → PAN Cooktop The induction cooktop has detected that a pan or cookware is not present, is incorrectly positioned, or is not compatible with induction cooking on the active element zone. Induction elements require ferromagnetic cookware to complete the cooking circuit. Low View details → F1E1 Dishwasher The main control board has detected an internal thermistor failure. The board cannot accurately regulate wash and dry temperatures, causing the dishwasher to abort the cycle to prevent damage to dishes or internal components. High View details → F2E1 Dishwasher The control board has detected that one or more buttons on the user interface keypad are stuck or registering a continuous press signal. The dishwasher will not start a new cycle until the stuck key condition is resolved. Medium View details → F3E1 Dishwasher The wash water temperature sensor (thermistor) is reading an open circuit, meaning the control board receives no valid temperature signal. The dishwasher cannot heat water to the correct temperature and halts the cycle to prevent damage. Medium View details →
