Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom

E0 Power supply issue High All elements and the display shut off as the control board detects the power supply fault and enters a protective lockout state to prevent component damage. View F-CT Cooktop sensor fault High The element associated with the faulty sensor is locked out by the control board, which cannot safely regulate its power output without accurate temperature feedback. View F1 Control board fault High Elements that were previously working stop responding to control input — they may not heat at all or fail to adjust power level, making safe cooking impossible. View F2 Touch control error Medium The control panel either stops responding to deliberate touches or activates functions on its own without input, indicating a false signal the board cannot resolve. View F47 Communication error High Heating elements cut out mid-use without any user input as the main board loses communication with the power delivery module and disables the affected element circuits. View LOC Control lock active Low Pressing any button on the control panel produces no response — the cooktop does not power on, adjust settings, or respond to any touch input while LOC is displayed. View PAN Pan detection issue Low The selected element is activated through the control panel and shows a power level, but produces no heat because no compatible pan has been detected on the zone. View
