Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom

E1 Blower motor fault High Pressing any speed button produces no airflow — the blower wheel remains stationary while the display shows E1. View E2 Speed sensor fault Medium The board defaults to maximum speed when it loses speed feedback, since it cannot verify the fan is running at lower settings. View E3 LED driver fault Low All LED lights over the cooking surface fail to illuminate when the light button is pressed, despite the fan and control panel working normally. View E4 Temperature sensor fault Medium Even with high-heat cooking directly below, the fan never switches on automatically, because the control board has no valid temperature reading to trigger the feature. View FAN Fan motor failure High The blower does not move any air regardless of which speed button is selected — ventilation is completely absent with FAN displayed. View PWR Power supply issue High A complete loss of power to the control board means no functions operate at all; the hood appears entirely dead with PWR shown only momentarily if the board has partial power.
